Rob Coleman recently joined The Works as a project development specialist and the head agronomist at Memphis Native Tree Works. He has a combined 10 years of work experience involving animal husbandry and plant propagation. He has done genetic analysis on endangered native plants at the University of Memphis, been the head of operations at a local hydroponic farm, and was recently the head of logistics for the Southeast region of a national composting company.
