New Construction and Newly Renovated Affordable Homes
Our home construction program builds new, and renovates existing single-family homes for the purpose of creating more opportunities for homeownership in the South Memphis community. Our homes are built to be not look affordable – we focus on building the highest quality product possible in order to facilitate long-lasting homeownership. Qualifying buyers must meet HUD income guidelines with a household income no greater than 80% of the Memphis Median Area Income. Rehabilitated homes include a range of styles and sizes, from two to four bedroom floor plans. Our new construction homes are available in several spacious floor plans and include the features:
- All brick construction
- 3 Bedrooms
- 2 full baths with ceramic tile floors
- Handicapped accessible
- Living room w/ceiling fan
- Kitchen with pantry, refrigerator, stove
- Central air conditioning and heat
- Outdoor storage unit
- Fireplace (not in every plan)
- Built-in-bookcases (not in every plan)
