Our home construction program builds new, and renovates existing single-family homes for the purpose of creating more opportunities for homeownership in the South Memphis community. Our homes are built to be not look affordable – we focus on building the highest quality product possible in order to facilitate long-lasting homeownership. Qualifying buyers must meet HUD income guidelines with a household income no greater than 80% of the Memphis Median Area Income.
